Oh no. No no no no. Please don't let Daisy and Andrew hook up, too! The way she was eyeing him in that scene made me nervous. I'm so icked out by Trenyce having slept with Andrew, let alone being (probably) pregnant with his child -- it would be so twisted and ruinous for Daisy to get with him, too. I reeeeeeally hope that isn't where this is headed! That said, with Cheresa knowing the truth and being so burdened by it, it feels like we're headed for one hell of a disaster of a wedding. I noticed Trenyce said they're done planning, which means it's got to be coming soon.
I appreciated seeing Leah and Robin not only share a scene as sisters, but discussing Cory in a pretty mature way. Everything Leah said felt true; she and Cory were there for each other at a time when they needed one another, but it never had that "true love/meant-to-be" vibe, and they recognized that and chose to move on. At least Cory is well positioned to save Robin from whatever nefarious things Antonio is undoubtedly going to subject her to at some point in the future. She doesn't really have a sense of how skeevy he is yet, but I hope she catches on soon. Especially with a young child and another about to come into this world, she needs to have her guard up!
I had to laugh when Paige was assigned to work with Ethan. She not only hates Abby, but she's jealous of Abby getting close to Ethan when Paige herself is attracted to him, even if she wouldn't dare admit it at this point. Such a soapy setup to have Paige in this complicated quadrangle (which is part of something much larger) with her own grandfather. Having Ethan help the family out legally to protect Felicia is a clever way of forcing everyone to interact, too. It's crazy to think that this story is like... Paige/Ethan/Dominick/Eva/Will/Madeline.../maybe Robbie/Kim/Greg. Total umbrella, and that's not counting the Victoria/Bryce element, or Felicia's role, etc. I love when a bunch of threads converge under one heading. I wouldn't have advised Kim to accept Greg's proposal that quickly, but you can tell she's hurting and kind of looking for an anchor at the moment. And he's honestly not bad for her! He's been there for her a lot and is very supportive and mostly has his shit together, minus the serial-killing ex-wife and whatnot.
Ooooh, Jasper's going to take that kid and use him as leverage! Kinda love it. I wonder if this will somehow lead to exposing Olly/Sonny's true parentage.

I reeeeeeally hope that isn't where this is headed! That said, with Cheresa knowing the truth and being so burdened by it, it feels like we're headed for one hell of a disaster of a wedding. I noticed Trenyce said they're done planning, which means it's got to be coming soon. LOL! This is such a incestous setup for sure. Daisy and Andrew are really bonding in their time of trying to forget a dark period in their lives and are using their own paths at the casino as a way of doing that, but because they are together, they are also bonding. Will they take that next step? Time will tell ... but it does feel soapy to have a young kid sleep with an Aunt and niece (if we get there). And yes, this summer we will see two wedding's on the series ... first Chris & Trey's and then Andy & Nicholas...what could go wrong? Unlike the above story where the family isn't talking about their romantic connections, Robin and Leah did have that discussion about Cory. Leah was mature about Robin possibly moving on with Cory after all this time because they really weren't a long term couple. The Antonio angle will come into play as we will see how far he will go to have Robin for himself and away from Cory this summer. Kinda love it. I wonder if this will somehow lead to exposing Olly/Sonny's true parentage. I do love, as well, how big of an umbrella story this has turned into. It will even drag Leah/Jeff/Meggan into it at some point as well, so it feels like half the canvas is involved in it. It is one of the many reasons that I decided to bring Frederick back when I did because he ties so many characters together. Abby and Paige's rivalry is also fun because it pits two younger gals against each other as the next big rivalry in the series, and Ethan is in the center of it all, which is fun. There will be so many more fun twists and turns coming that I hope you like! And you hit the nail on the head with Kim; she is desperate for happiness and stability right now, and that is something that Greg has offered her for a long time. This summer we will find out Traci's motives and that will shake this story up even more. Jasper needs some kind of leverage with Donovan - and Olly might be that Thanks for reading!
