Hey, Dallas, I read the four episodes in one day, and I must say a lot of the story is moving forward for the citizens of Twin Peaks.
Why am I not surprised that Lukas and Jasper were making out? Though I thought for sure they would take it to the next level, it seems that Donovan is once again the cheating party in this relationship. Nonetheless, it seems he has conveniently forgotten it due to having amnesia, though I think something will jaunt his memory as he heard them making out on the monitor. Luckily, nothing happened to Olly in the accident. Meanwhile, I can't see Jasper waiting around forever, so maybe he hooks up with Andy, who called it off with Nicholas?
In a way, I can understand why Adam is pissed at Helen for coming between him and Robin and about working with Shane regarding custody of Dominique. Though it appears he has given up on Robin, who appears to still be in love with Adam, as she continues to call out his name in her sleep. Though I bet Shane will still try and force this marriage, eventually he is going to see what it is. Helen, please regain your dignity and move on from Adam. I know you all have history, but she should be out living her life and grading papers.
It looks like Cassie is getting what she wanted by having the charges dropped by Jacob. Though, like Shane and Paige said, did Cassie really give birth to Jacob's son or did she buy a baby from someone? But wouldn't charges still be on Cassie regarding Dominick's stolen millions and on Paige as well for almost murdering her too?
I see Abby Lawson has graduated from the Samantha Gene Brady School of DNA Tests. She's being so proactive in this in order to get Felicia off her back regarding her romancing Dominick. It seems she's truly fallen for him, but is the money still a goal for her? It would be something if it came out that Leah and Tyler were both Dom's children, which means she would have to dig in her heels some more.
Something tells me that something is going to happen to Kim because every time Robbie assures her that everything is fine, I think otherwise. And if Natasha is the voice of reason, then you know you're over your head. It's like you could always hire someone else to model for your new campaign. Heck, hire Tara! I'm sure she would love the limelight and the money that comes with it.
I chuckled when Cheresa saw Andrew and Treynce through the window, making her once again choose between Trey and Chris.
Now with Will and Madeline together. I hope Meggan isn't desperate enough to want Jeff back. Then again, it's Meggan, so I think I know the answer. And with Daisy going to Simona with the truth about Vinny, it seems his number might be up, but he has Frederick with him, so he might protect him since if he goes down, there's nothing that will prevent him from taking him down with him.
A great set of episodes.
I hope you a wonderful vacation!!!

Wow, there's a lot going on right now! It does feel like this entire Vinny thing is racing toward a crescendo of some sort, with Victoria and Bryce on the run while Daisy has figured out the truth about Vinny. Of course Simona is an idiot and issues a public APB, thus tipping off Vinny that they're on to him instead of finding a clever way to bring him in and then nabbing him. But it seems like we're in for an exciting climax as people get desperate and the stakes get even higher! I really like how the Frederick stuff has so many 'tentacles' right now, too. Meggan and Lukas will obviously have a reaction. Daisy will have a reaction (especially having Jemma vindicated posthumously!). Abby's hot on the trail of this paternity issue -- she has become a fun schemer who isn't QUITE evil but is in survival mode -- while Leah is trying to figure out the truth about her own child. It seems like it'd make sense that Frederick at least thinks Leah is his daughter, which would explain having held her in Santa Barbara and perhaps having taken her child. After all, he did raise Andrew after Savannah died and turned him against the people who raised him previously, so what's to say he didn't do something of the sort again?
Speaking of Andrew... I hope Cheresa goes and vomits after what she saw! Yuck. It also occurs to me that Cheresa is a Lawson, and therefore connected to that baby in two ways, and it wouldn't surprise me if she and the Lawsons weaponized what's going on between Trenyce and Andrew as a way of showing Trenyce's poor judgment and lack of fitness to be a parent. I suspect this is going to get very ugly!
It was very satisfying seeing Adam tell Helen to go kick rocks. I doubt he'll stand by that for long, given his history with her, but it was nice for the time being. I don't get why Shane was SO devastated hearing Robin call out for Adam in her sleep. The woman was, like, sobbing as you forced her to marry you! She doesn't want to be with you!!! Shane has become so completely pathetic, but in this quad, it feels like everyone needs to be alone for a while. Even Adam and Robin, despite professing to be in love, can't rise above their insecurities and just communicate.
I'm not surprised that Jacob decided to play ball on Cassie's terms -- how could he not?! -- but like Bre, I'm not sure how this gets her off the hook fully. She still attempted to kill Paige and stole that money from Robertson, right? Wouldn't Jacob have to convince all of them to drop the charges, too? Maybe that's coming. I do wonder if there's a real child or if this is yet another of Cassie's big scams. But her having Natasha's grandchild is so juicy!
I was almost impressed that Lukas shut Jasper down yet again, but you can tell he's waffling. I'm glad that Donovan recognized what a terrible partner Lukas is and took off, though! Of course, it was unfortunate that he crashed the SUV, but thank god he and Olly are both okay. It's only a matter of time before this comes out. BTW, how did Donovan or Lukas know that Donovan was "rushing away" from the house? Couldn't he just have been going to Target or taking Olly for a drive to settle him down? I feel like Jasper is going to continue inserting himself, whether Lukas encourages the advances or not.
I hope you enjoyed Cabo and got to relax and recharge!

In some ways, It is surprising that it took Lukas this long to give in to Jasper Donovan's memorial is the next phase of this storyline as we move into the end of the year and into the new year. This will be the game changer in this storyline. And yes, you never know who else Jasper might end up with, Andy/Nicholas/Clayton. Adam is livid with Helen, who is devastated by this. You're right though, at some point, Helen needs to realize that Adam isn't in love with her anymore and she will need to move on, but right now, that is not the case. Shane will continue to press Robin for sure, because he wants their marriage to work, but it might not be that simple. The thing I love about this storyline is that we don't really know if Cassie had the child or not - Jacob has to trust her, which is not easy to do. Technically, there is no evidence that Cassie stole any money from the companies, so there are no charges pending against here there. With Paige, she was only charged with attempted murder once, so if the charges are dropped, thanks to Jacob, there wouldn't be anything else for her to be held against. (A loop hole thanks to Simona, our fav police officer ) I see Abby Lawson has graduated from the Samantha Gene Brady School of DNA Tests. She's being so proactive in this in order to get Felicia off her back regarding her romancing Dominick. It seems she's truly fallen for him, but is the money still a goal for her? It would be something if it came out that Leah and Tyler were both Dom's children, which means she would have to dig in her heels some more. The way I am writing it is that we never know all of the motives with Abby; she does like the money that comes with being with Dominick, but she does care for him at the same time. I love that it started for money but she ends up falling for him at the same time. She is desperate to hang on to the one thing that is GOOD that has happened to her in a long time. This story will kick into high gear in October and the rest of November. You might be on to something about Kim getting in the way of the plan ... but that remains to be seen. Robbie's so focus on revenge, he can't see anything else right now, which as we know, always leads to disaster on soaps. I chuckled when Cheresa saw Andrew and Treynce through the window, making her once again choose between Trey and Chris. YES! This will put Cheresa in the middle of her parents but there's another twist coming in the next episode that will really shake things up ... Bre Will and Maddie will have their own share of issues as we move forward with them as a couple, but we will see what is in store for Meggan, who has a lot going on with Daisy/Vinny but also, her father is alive, so that secret could really shake her up as well. Thanks for reading - I know 4 episodes at once is a lot of material! Dallas

There is a lot happening right now, but we are on the verge of a sweeps months, so you gotta keep it popping Simona tipping Vinny off wasn't the best thing, but he is hiding at the Raven's Meadow with Frederick, so he is safe in some ways. But we are heading to a pretty epic climax with the Vinny arch - it has been going on for a while, so I hope you like the upcoming pay off! And yessss with Frederick...this is why I wanted him back on the series; he has so many connections to the various cast, that it made sense to have high impact. There is SO much more coming with this that will spill in next year. And you might be on to something with Leah's child ... That is the thing I love about Abby - she's a vixen but she's not "Evil" exactly; she has finally found something/someone that she likes, despite it starting being after his Dom's money, and now she is in survival mode to ensure it isn't take away from her. There is another twist coming in the next episode that will further shake this plot up, but this really does put Cheresa in the middle of her biological parents, which is really fun to play. Helen and Shane continue to be in their delusion of being in love with Adam and Robin, respectfully. It's not a cute look but they are creating the tension in the storyline. You are certainly right that Adam and Robin should really just communicate ... there's some more twists coming and by end of year/early next year this quad will take new shapes. Jacob has to trust Cassie in this circumstance, which can't be easy because with Cassie's history she could be lying about this child. As for the charges, there's no evidence that she stole the money from the companies, so there are no charges pending. As for the kidnapping/attempted murder, it was one charge not per person thanks to your favorite police detective, Simona. So if Jacob drops the charges, no others are pending. In some ways, I'm surprised that Lukas has held off this long to stay away from Jasper, considering his past with Craig. Donovan's crash is really the next phase of this storyline that will really make this triangle take new directions. And they believed he was rushing away because of how fast Donovan was going when he crashed the vehicle ... but he could have been going to Target! Thanks for reading and commenting - I appreciate it! Dallas
