Great start to the week of dailies, Dallas!
Kim's emotions regarding Blake really make sense and don't seem contrived at all. Of course she's in denial and wants to hang onto hope, and the idea of donating his lungs to Jacob must seem like choosing to kill him, even if he's already brain-dead. I have a feeling this is going to get even more wrenching before anything gets better. I'm also very curious to know what Natasha and Shane will think, and how they'll feel about Blake. (I don't think they even know yet? Or maybe they do, by now.)
Max definitely has potential to be a chip off the old block, the way he's fixating on Robin. It was interesting to have him with Cassie while he saw Adam and Robin, because it made me think of all the twisted things Cassie has done for "love" over the years.
Donovan testifying against Lukas should be good and soapy. I bet he's going to be forced into admitting incriminating things that he doesn't want to reveal. I wonder if their relationship can withstand this.
I'm excited to see where this week goes!

I agree with Michael , Dallas, this a great start to this week of dallies.
Kim is breaking my heart. Part of me sees why she wants to hold onto hope about Blake possibly waking up. However, medically speaking he is brain dead and it might not be the best decision to keep him on machines until that might or might not happen. At the end with her seeing her best friend and stepdaughter and Shane seeing them be with their seriously ill son as well is making her question her decision regarding giving Blake's lungs to Jacob.
I've been saying that Max is more and more becoming like his unhinged mother. Willing to do anything to get the person he is infatuated with to be with them. Even though Adam is his father he is like I don't care because Robin is mine and I'm going to make you get out of the way because I want her so bad.
Dawn becoming a nurse is a great career move. I like that Dawn is slowly getting her life together both professionally and personally too. She knows that she is going to have to tell her family about her sexuality which will be interesting since Barbara knows she seen Shelley and herself together and suspects it is more than what it is.
Great First Episode Of The Week !!!

I have a feeling this is going to get even more wrenching before anything gets better. I'm also very curious to know what Natasha and Shane will think, and how they'll feel about Blake. (I don't think they even know yet? Or maybe they do, by now.) I agree with Michael , Dallas, this a great start to this week of dallies. Hey guys! I'm glad you liked the first daily today! Kim is a complete mess right now, which is understandable considering everything that's happened in the last (very long) 24 hours on the series; telling Bob the truth, him demanding a divorce, the accident and then learning Blake is brain-dead. It's a lot to take in. This week is pretty emotionally charged for this storyline. Michael, yes, Natasha and Shane know about the accident. Bob had informed them. They aren't in the frame of mind of thinking "Blake can save Jacob"; it's just not something they are thinking about; they have been so focused on Jacob that it hasn't occurred to them. Max definitely has potential to be a chip off the old block, the way he's fixating on Robin. It was interesting to have him with Cassie while he saw Adam and Robin, because it made me think of all the twisted things Cassie has done for "love" over the years. I've been saying that Max is more and more becoming like his unhinged mother. Willing to do anything to get the person he is infatuated with to be with them. Even though Adam is his father he is like I don't care because Robin is mine and I'm going to make you get out of the way because I want her so bad. Yes – I'm really writing Max as a chip of Cassie's shoulder. He is obsessing with Robin, and we know how Cassie was when she was obsessing with Shane. This is one story that has been sort of on the back burner during this ice storm, but it takes more shape this summer! Donovan testifying against Lukas should be good and soapy. I bet he's going to be forced into admitting incriminating things that he doesn't want to reveal. I wonder if their relationship can withstand this. The trial happens pretty quickly, so all will be revealed in good time. I just loved the idea of Donovan having to testify against Lukas. It seems soapy, which is the point! Dawn becoming a nurse is a great career move. I like that Dawn is slowly getting her life together both professionally and personally too. She knows that she is going to have to tell her family about her sexuality which will be interesting since Barbara knows she seen Shelley and herself together and suspects it is more than what it is. The career move seemed like logical step as Dawn is already working at the hospital. Her personal life continues to come to full circle; it will continue to do so this summer. Thanks so much for reading, guys! I hope you like the rest of the week, and the conclusion to the ice storm arch. Dallas

Hey, Dallas
I must say that this episode was jam-pack with the main families of the series contending with life and death. I figured that somehow Blake was the one who was going to be the one who will get Jacob's lungs. And Tyler, seem to one being strong for everyone else , including Kim and his family assuring them donating the lungs is the right thing to do. I even love the small moments of Leah remembering marrying Jeff , meaning eventually she is going to remember her whole life. And Eva trying to find out about the truck.
Andrew paying Jemma a visit in her hospital room was sweet , as Trenyce is more determined to find her child. And I guess this might be the last of Chris and Helen as a couple for now. I liked them together , but I knew they weren't exactly going to be written in the stars.
Cannot believe the trial is already here and I know that is going to have some twists and turns too.
Great Episode

And Tyler, seem to one being strong for everyone else , including Kim and his family assuring them donating the lungs is the right thing to do. I even love the small moments of Leah remembering marrying Jeff , meaning eventually she is going to remember her whole life. And Eva trying to find out about the truck. I think, once the car accident happened, it was clear that Blake would be the donor to save Jacob, however, I felt like it was important for Kim to really feel like there would still be a chance for Blake to live. I don't think any parent would just give up on their child that easily. I also added the element of Shane & Natasha giving up and then at the last minute Kim & Tyler agreeing to the transplant. Just for added drama. Thanks! I'm glad you liked the Leah/Jeff scene. It was important for me to have other storylines still moving forward in this mess of Jemma/Daisy/Kim/Tyler/Shane/Natasha stuff. Leah remembering and Eva learning the truth are just setting up the storylines that will play out once this arch is over. Great Episode Bre I'm trying to show a softer side to Andrew; he has been through a lot in his young life, but he doesn't always mean to be "bad"; he just confused by his up-brining. I thought this was a good way to show that. Chris and Helen still have some unresolved issues. Are they over forever? Time will tell. And yes, the trial is here! It will be a bumpy ride. Thanks so much for reading! Dallas

Hey, Dallas
Decided to give you my thoughts on the Wednesday episode , consisting of high emotions and consequences moving forward.
I like the small exchange between Bob and Dominick , when Bob came into to give him his condolence over Blake and telling him thank you for donating his grandson lungs so his grandson can live. It reminded me of Jack and Victor and how once again it feels like the Robertson family is losing once again to the Calimo family.
Kim went through so many emotions to crying , anger , pain and combative when it came to Tyler. She isn't ready to let her baby boy ago and part of her will never be able to do so. With Tyler also breaking down after being the one who didn't show his pain of losing his only son. Nothing will be the same for the Robertson-Calimo clan ever again.
With the trial starting I'm sure more twists and turns will might get Lukas off the hook. Since I know that he didn't kill Frederick.
Shane and Natasha seem to be connecting again over the emotion of possibly not seeing their son die. I got a feeling that their connection will grow stronger and possibly will have a miraculous twist. I like how the words that Cassie gave to Cory seem to be affecting him , as he saw the two of them together in the chapel comforting one another.
Great Episode

Hey, Dallas Decided to give you my thoughts on the Wednesday episode , consisting of high emotions and consequences moving forward. Hey, I'm glad you liked this scene -- I thought it would be a nice moment between these two rivals since they are both going through their own personal hells right now. There are so many layers are play here, so it was nice to have a quiet moment. These Kim scenes are some of my all time favorites because she is just on an emotional rollercoaster. She has no idea what to do or think right now so she is just lashing out in any way that she can. Everyone involved in the story will forever be changed, including everyone in the Robertson & Calimo clans. With the trial starting I'm sure more twists and turns will might get Lukas off the hook. Since I know that he didn't kill Frederick. The trial doesn't last for too many episodes, so you won't have to wait long to see how this plays out. There are definitely some twists and turns coming up, however. Great Episode Bre Shane and Natasha are, obviously, bonding as a result of this event with Jacob. And recall, Jacob is still not out of the woods by any means. The Cassie/Cory angle will be the next phase of the story post the hospital drama. Thanks again for reading -- I appreciate you taking the time to read each episode every day! Dallas

Hey, Dallas !!!
Taking sometime out from editing and rewriting Episode Two of Town and Country to read.
The week of dallies our flying by as you have filled Thursday's episode with tons of drama and characters.
I'm glad that Tyler is breaking down too after being the " strong one " for his family and most importantly Kim. I liked that Kim knew that she was aware of what she was saying about placing blame on everyone else except for her. Bob still loves him some Kim and I like how he was trying to comfort her. But she wasn't having any of it.
I don't know something dawned on me yesterday when reading the scenes between Shane and Natasha. I got a feeling that they're going to in a moment of happiness that Jacob is recovering that they're going to succumb to happiness and sleep together. Which I think it's how Natasha might have her miraculous pregnancy which will piss off Cassie and Cory. But back to the story at hand = Shane and Natasha 's happiness is so great to read although it cost them their friend's son is very hard. I like that Craig so both empathy and composure as he didn't say too much. Eva is definitely going to blackmail Dominick to stay married and a second chance. I like that Felicia is supporting her son. Although , I sense that the medication she stopped taking it seeming to make her a bit manic.
Paige and Andrew our so cute together and it is better that Andrew has calm down ... well for not.
The Trial is getting good and I like that Donovan admitted that he slept with Craig on the night of the shooting of Frederick.
I cannot wait to get more into Chris and Trenyce finding their child. Although, I would be quite apprehensive of using Meagan again since she lied to them before. I would be like I'm getting a new PI.
Cannot wait to read the final two episodes
Great Episode

Hey, Dallas !!! Taking sometime out from editing and rewriting Episode Two of Town and Country to read. The week of dallies our flying by as you have filled Thursday's episode with tons of drama and characters. Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying the week of dailies with the drama of the transplant. Yes, it was only a matter of time before Tyler also had some kind of break down. I really liked his scenes with Felicia for this purpose. Kim is also in a tough spot - which will continue for a couple of episodes. It seems very realistic of a reaction, to me. Shane & Natasha are definitely growing closer - how much closer remains to be seen. But you're right, Cory & Cassie will be left wondering what is going on. There will be more coming up with this quaderangle in the near future that will be fun. Eva has a lot to deal with right now. She's uncovered Dominick's secret, which could explode his family even more, and she is trying to help him heal from the death of Blake. She will have to play her cards right, or it could all back fire on her. Cannot wait to read the final two episodes Great Episode Bre I'm glad you are enjoying Andrew & Paige! They seem sweet together, which is nice. I haven't really done a "younger" love story yet, so this is fun to create. The trial was pretty intense this episode. Donovan's confession will have long effects once the trial is over. It will be interesting for all involved. Yes, I thought this would be the ideal time for Chris & Treynce to try to find their child again. If they can find the child, will be another story. And you're right, they probably should find another PI but if everyone held every action against one another on the series, no one would ever speak to each other haha. Thanks again for reading! Whoa! I was quite surprised to open my browser this morning and see that we had TWO episodes for today. You packed a lot into this week's daily episodes. Thanks for providing so much entertainment! The Jacob/Blake storyline was (obviously) the most gripping. I pretty much had guessed where this was going even before the accident, though there have been some surprises along the way -- but the sheer emotion of that situation really carried the week. I mostly loved that you took the time to play a lot of important beats with Kim herself: Andy warning her not to rely too much on alcohol in her grief, Bob having a heart and wanting to offer his support, and her needing to visit Jacob to see what Blake's sacrifice accomplished. I wonder how she will rebuild her life after this devastation. After what Tyler pulled, I would hate to see her give him another shot, but it also feels like she and Bob are done for good. Maybe she'll move in some completely unexpected direction now. The closeness between Shane and Natasha is really apparent, too. This near-tragedy brought them back together, and I would imagine that a lot of the issues that cropped up in the past have sort of receded into the background now. Life has a way of working like that. Cory seems particularly nervous about the prospect of them reconnecting. I was surprised that Dawn came out so fast! It seemed clear that Barbara would be the obstacle. I'd love to see her really go to some outlandish lengths to "fix" Dawn; not that I'd in any way condone that in real life, but Barbara has always been kind of a bitch, and it might be amusing to see her really go wild. I like that Adam and Helen are both accepting and yet have understandable concerns/reservations. I do agree that it's probably a jarring thing to learn about your child, especially if you hadn't expected it at all, and it requires some adjusting of a parent's mental "plans" for their child. BTW, how old is Shelley supposed to be? Her portrayer is in her 60s, I think, but I'm a little unclear on just how big the age difference between her and Dawn is supposed to be! I know you said the trial moved fast, but I didn't expect this pace! LOL. Guess it's a good thing everyone is being so concise in their questioning. I'd agree that things don't look great for Lukas at the moment, and his lawyer isn't helping matters much. There was one witness where he only asked one basic-ass question. Reminded me of Justin "defending" Gabi on Days recently, LOL. It's nice to keep things moving along, though, and I have a feeling I know where the next twist is coming from (it was set up during a relatively benign conversation at the courthouse in one of the later eps this week...). Great movement this week! You really got a lot done during the Ice Storm. Always fun to have this much to look forward to reading!
