Finally caught up! Sorry it took me so long to read and leave my thoughts. Always fun to go back to Kelsey Lake and see what's up with the Rockwells and Blackmores. Per usual, the answer is... nothing low-key, haha. Also, this series should be called Chasing Liver Donors, the way these people drink!!! Try not pouring a scotch at 9 am, jeez. I had never thought of Sabine and Houston hooking up, but it's a tawdry twist that adds some new energy to the proceedings. It's a little gross that Houston has now shared TWO women with his dad, but this is Kelsey Lake! It definitely seems purely sexual to me, though it also doesn't make me think that Houston is really ready to settle down with Stacey and their baby... although Stacey has been pretty fickle re: Marat, too, so maybe they're a perfect match. All of these people just need to look into the concept of an open relationship and they'd save themselves a lot of trouble! I got a good chuckle out of Stacey putting on that wig and then turning around to shock Vivian and Chase, though. Serves them right! In general, I like how you've opened up the series by building this whole other 'wing' of characters off Vivian. Dyhannon (or however she spells it!) is an enjoyable addition for her sass and her openness about being manipulative. BTW, where is that little girl Ashlee she adopted and then didn't want? LOL. I expect her to show up as a teenager any special now... The Celeste/Mac twist is so gothic and fun. I love this kind of story. Carmen has been running roughshod over the Rockwells for way too long -- it's time she was brought down! She's power-hungry and not as smart as she thinks, so she's really due for a fall. It continues to amuse me how Lucinda and Lydia are now working together, too. Congrats on keeping CD alive in this new format! It seems to suit the series and your writing. I wonder when we'll be able to pop into Kelsey Lake again...

Per usual, the answer is... nothing low-key, haha. Also, this series should be called Chasing Liver Donors, the way these people drink!!! Try not pouring a scotch at 9 am, jeez. No need to a[apologize - the last mini series & Christmas special came out during a really busy time for everyone! I appreciate that you took the time to get caught up. And, I've noticed that too. Every damn scene someone needs a drink of some kind. I love that though about this series haha. I had never thought of Sabine and Houston hooking up, but it's a tawdry twist that adds some new energy to the proceedings. It's a little gross that Houston has now shared TWO women with his dad, but this is Kelsey Lake! In general, I like how you've opened up the series by building this whole other 'wing' of characters off Vivian. Dyhannon (or however she spells it!) is an enjoyable addition for her sass and her openness about being manipulative. I love the twist of Sabine and Houston getting together! Everyone has slept with everyone at this point. Houston has slept with Lydia, Sabine (Lydia's sister), and Stacey (Lydia's daughter). It's gross but so damn soapy. It also feeds into the Houston/Lex rivarly, which was a bigger plot point this go-around than in the past. They all either wanna fuck or fight each other in Kelsey Lake. The series needed some new blood to keep things somewhat fresh, hence where Deacon/Chase/Madi/Dyhannah come in. With Kent and Vivian ending their reunion, it made sense that Vivian's past would come back into the picture for the new characters. Dyhannah was really fun to write for - I'm looking forward to expanding her more in the next series. BTW, where is that little girl Ashlee she adopted and then didn't want? LOL. I expect her to show up as a teenager any special now... The Celeste/Mac twist is so gothic and fun. I love this kind of story. I wonder when we'll be able to pop into Kelsey Lake again... Celeste, when she's alive, has Ashlee. She's likely in boarding school getting a very solid education I planted the seeds of the Mac/Celeste reunion in the Gold Diggers series when they shared a kiss, which lead to Celeste's "death". I think it's so funny how it's almost full circle from the start of the series. Of course, if/when Mac gets his memory back this union would likely be blown up, again. Thanks again for reading! I've started to plan the next phase of the series, we will see when it gets released! Dallas
