Before getting into my comments, I must say congratulations on 20 years of One Day At A Time. You and Michael were both big inspirations to me to finally put out Town & Country. And congratulations on another round of dallies. I know it isn't easy, but thanks for giving us much needed content.
I thought for sure that someone else at the wedding would be shot, so I didn't expect Kim to be the victim. This is definitely going to come between Natasha and Robbie. Their relationship was already torn due to their disagreement over Kim, but now she has made it ten times worse. And she could be up on murder charges if Kim, heaven forbid, does die. (I doubt it).
You know my stance on both Helen and Dawn needing a life outside of wanting to reunite their family. And there's a chance Robin will possibly say no to Shane, and giving her an ultimatum isn't going to bring her and Shane together. Heck, it might even bring her and Adam closer together during this custody trial if it does proceed.
Well, I could feel Andrew's grief over losing Albertinah, though I never felt she had much purpose on the canvas outside of the Davenport-Michaels/Abby circle. This appears to be bringing Abby and Andrew closer together.
Initially, I remember guessing it was Brooke who was "The Rose Petal Killer. "For a while, I thought it might be Dawn, because she, too, had ties to the victims. Nonetheless, I think Brooke is doing this because she has lost her mind after the years of grief and the loss of her marriage. Not to mention the possibility that she feels she wants to protect her children from pain, similar to Gwyn Alden's motivation on Loving.
Can't wait to find out Brooke's motivations and whom she will possibly attack.
And congratulations on reaching 800 episodes! What a milestone!!!🌹 Bre

Before getting into my comments, I must say congratulations on 20 years of One Day At A Time. You and Michael were both big inspirations to me to finally put out Town & Country. And congratulations on another round of dallies. I know it isn't easy, but thanks for giving us much needed content. Thank you so much for your kind word and your readership over the years, it really means a lot to me. And I am glad that you're releasing T&C now, it has brought much added enjoyment to my Monday's! We will see how this unfolds with Robbie/Kim/Natasha's relationships moving forward and there will be explanation as to what happened to Natasha's gun, as she believed that it had blanks inside, not real bullets. At least Natasha was able to stop the wedding though - Robbie and Kim didn't get married! Shane announcing what he wants really threw Robin for a loop because she was not expecting that. The question now becomes - will Robin marry Shane or will she stick to her guns and risk losing Dominique in a custody hearing? Well, I could feel Andrew's grief over losing Albertinah, though I never felt she had much purpose on the canvas outside of the Davenport-Michaels/Abby circle. This appears to be bringing Abby and Andrew closer together. Initially, I remember guessing it was Brooke who was "The Rose Petal Killer. Can't wait to find out Brooke's motivations and whom she will possibly attack. And congratulations on reaching 800 episodes! What a milestone!!!🌹 Bre Andrew will continue to mourn Albertinah, for sure, because they had been so close in recent months. And yes, I thought Albertinah could be a victim because she didn't have much going on with the storylines right now. We will see Brooke's motives unfold in up coming episodes and how this all started, but for now, it was just the twist that she is the RPK! Thanks for reading - glad you enjoyed the week of dailies! Congratulations on reaching 800 episodes! That's such an incredible achievement, and what a way to mark the milestone. As always, you delivered a week of dailies packed with stories and movement.
I can't believe Natasha thought this was a good plan to begin with. She's the one who looks like a lunatic here! I presume Sophie somehow switched out the bullets -- maybe she dropped the gun and reloaded it or something? What an absolute mess. Robbie and Kim would be right never to forgive her. This is a new level of pettiness that has turned tragic. I presume Kim will pull through (mostly because she's such a central character and there's so much more story to tell, plus we've had so many other deaths in the other storyline) and this will only intensify the Calimo family feud. Talk about a disaster!
I had my money on Brooke as the Rose Petal Killer. It just made so much sense. In her mind, Shelley had caused problems for Cheresa/Dawn, and Trenyce was of course a threat to Brooke's place as Cheresa's mother, and Albertinah has been standing in the way of Abby's happiness. This has all been about 'protecting' her family as some fucked-up way of atoning for all the pain Brooke has caused them. Of course, it all went awry when she killed Brad instead of Trenyce. This should be juicy once it comes out! And Simona (shockingly! lol) has failed to put the pieces together. Will we get follow-up on her investigation into local florists btw? Not that she could add up 1 and 1 to get 2 if you handed her a calculator, but still. Maybe Robbie needs to rejoin the police force!
This business with Shane suing for custody of Domi is going to get really ugly. I can't quite see how he'd make a viable case, but I guess the point is that he's using it as leverage to manipulate Robin. I've never thought of Shane as being manipulative in that way, so it's quite a desperate turn for him. That meddling cow Helen has been a bad influence on him! I can't wait for her to get her comeuppance. Talk about someone who needs a stay at Raven's Meadow!
Congratulations again, and thanks for all the entertainment! Here's to many more years and milestones!

Sophie is so much her mother's child. 🤣 Though I do believe Natasha is mainly responsible for what all happened to Kim at the wedding. I do like Cory and Natasha trying to protect Sophie and warning her she shouldn't have touch that gun. It seems the Sophie on here and on Footprints both have smart mouths. I wonder is Natasha going to tell both Kim and Robbie about Sophie changing out the bullets which will get them to change their mind since they don't want her to get into any trouble with Simona. I also liked Cory getting into Natasha for what she did but of course she didn't want to hear it. 😔
I figured Brooke's motivations was ruled by her family. Though I did like how it was explained about her time away she decided to avenge her family by becoming the "Rose Petal Killer" you would think she would be after Kim for catching Greg's attention. Though I guess she is over that for now. I think she has had a mental breakdown after Cheresa true parentage was expose and the breakdown of her marriage too.
It seems Robin is really considering breaking her engagement to Adam so she can marry Shane so she can put Dominique first. Though her family should be like something is going on here? if/when it happens. And Helen I'm tired of her. She needs a life outside of Adam and I wish she had a friend to tell her so.
Good trio of episodes!
Hope you have a good move and manage to relax!!! Bre

Congratulations on reaching 800 episodes! That's such an incredible achievement, and what a way to mark the milestone. As always, you delivered a week of dailies packed with stories and movement. Thank you so much! I really appreciate all your support over the years! Plans on soaps NEVER go over very well, and this was no exception. It was also not Natasha's finest moment, but I love the aftermath with Sophie too, as she is the one that changed the bullets from the blanks. None the less, this will create more story for the family for sure, which is fun. I do remember you pegging Brooke as the killer in an earlier post. Obviously, I tried to not say anything for the shock value of the killer being revealed. We will see a lot of her motives coming up but you almost nailed it on the head. There's so much to uncover with this and this creates such twisted new family dynamics for the Lawson's. And YES we will see more of Simona with the florists ... the question becomes can anyone figure this out or will someone else die before Brooke gets busted? This business with Shane suing for custody of Domi is going to get really ugly. I can't quite see how he'd make a viable case, but I guess the point is that he's using it as leverage to manipulate Robin. I've never thought of Shane as being manipulative in that way, so it's quite a desperate turn for him. That meddling cow Helen has been a bad influence on him! I can't wait for her to get her comeuppance. Talk about someone who needs a stay at Raven's Meadow! Congratulations again, and thanks for all the entertainment! Here's to many more years and milestones! Shane is really taking Helen's lead on this, and neither one have been known to be schemers before, but they are both caught up in being in love with Robin and Adam, respectfully. But this will get messier, because it's a soap, before it gets better ... and at this point, do we even know what "better" is for any of these characters? Thanks again for reading over the years! I hope you like what's coming up! Dallas

I also liked Cory getting into Natasha for what she did but of course she didn't want to hear it. 😔 Sophie is so sassy, I love writing her. It was a fun twist having her switch the blanks with real bullets which caused Natasha's downfall. Of course, Natasha doesn't see it that way. This will really change the dynamic with the Calimo family moving forward, but we will also start to see this story move into new directions and Cheresa will be added to the mix soon. Yes, Brooke wanted to save her family from "evils' and started stabbing people as a result - she's clearly gone nuts but it is so fun to now have the audience know but no characters know the truth. THere will be so much more to play out in the next month and a bit with this story line. May sweeps dailies will be EPIC. Bre Helen is a good person, she's just making bad decisions right now because she is lost in her love for Adam. It is similar with Shane and why he is going along with her bad ideas about how to split Adam and Robin up, but this will get messier before it gets better for this quad! Thanks for reading! I know there's been a ton of material lately! Dallas
