Hope you have a great vacation!!!
A lot of things occurred within these three episodes.
I figured Vinny's ass was alive, while Brett is the one who died in the explosion at the mansion. I wonder how long can he really keep up the pretense of him being "Brett" It seems slowly he is becoming a bit like Stefano DiMera. I guess that makes Victoria his "Marlena" Stay away from the birdcage girl. Anyway, I wonder how in the world is this going to turn out?
Chris getting 2 years in prison was more than I thought he was going to get. A part of me thought six months or time off for it being his first offense. A lot of drama also taken place within the courthouse too. I had to laugh when Trenyce of all people said 18 months will fly by. I was like you say that to the father of your child and the love of your life. Then again, this will give her time to be with Brad since she is still interested in him via that text he sent her.
Meanwhile, I did not expect Abby to confront Andrew so quickly regarding Albertinah. Then again, it didn't make sense for it to be dragged out any longer. A part of me feels sorry for Abby. However, she is tricking this man about this baby. I got a feeling she and the baby will be fine, though I can see either she will have the baby prematurely or she will wind up needing bed rest with Andrew taking care of her out of guilt. Either way, this is going to get messy before everything comes out.
I thought Andy was going to be more seriously injured,, but I'm glad he will be okay. I wonder is he going to be understanding of Nicholas telling him about Melissa gaslighting him or will he be taking a trip to everyone's favorite mental health hospital Raven's Meadow? I do hope Treynce gets a chance to visit her good friend.
And I did feel bad for Natasha when Eva turned her away. Then again, it was quite humorous she was essentially dismissed by Robbie and Kim like "All we care about is the bottom line." Though it is true that Eva was the one who slept with Will. I wonder if//when Dominick is going to confront Will, since I sense it's coming soon.
A great trio of episodes!!! Hope you have an excellent vacation, Dallas!!!

HAHA! I love the birdcage reference. It really made sense, storyline wise, for Vinny to be the twin alive compared to Brett, who hadn't really been on the series in years until this entire story began last year. With Vinny being alive, he continue to be a villain on the series and impact the lives of Victoria, Daisy but also have family connections with Andrew. 18 months seemed like a fitting punishment for someone with a first time offence but could have killed himself or Adam by his actions. Of course, there could be some way of him getting out early but, for now, he will be away for 18 months. This does leave the door open for Trey and Brad, possibly, to have something but that remains to be seen. Abby really just wants Andrew to be with her and she is going about it the wrong way. Of course, now that she sees that he is back with Albertinah, she's going to call him out on this and we will see how it unfolds. But you are right, this will get VERY messy before it gets better, especially as we move closer to the birth of the baby, which is coming in November. I didn't want Andy to be too hurt because he is already going through enough with seeing Reese and falling off the wagon. The drama was in the build up of whether or not Andy was going to kill himself or not. We will see what happens next with him and Nicholas soon! Bre The Eva/Natasha stuff is good family drama because both have valid points; Natasha did know about Kim's plan but Eva, at the end of the day, still slept with Will because her marriage was on rocky grounds. We do see a Will/Dominick seen very soon, so stay tuned for that! Thanks for reading and leaving your feedback - I know 3 episodes at once can be a handful to get through! Dallas

I always enjoy these episode "dumps" -- I can kind of pick through them at my own pace until I'm done. It's been nice having something to read to pass a few minutes here and there throughout the week.
Color me impressed that Chris took responsibility by pleading guilty. That goes a long way toward... well, not erasing his terrible error in judgment, but in setting things right for the future. Eighteen months won't be THAT long in the grand scheme of things, but it's certainly a significant amount of time, and a lot can change. I fully expect Trenyce to move on with Brad while Chris is away; based on her reaction to that text message, a part of her might almost be relieved that Chris will be out of commission. I guess we'll see. I was cringing so hard at Helen and Robin having to keep up this ruse because of Adam's amnesia. Helen is so obviously thrilled, and yet Adam is noticing inconsistencies (like her closeness with Chris). I really hope Robin doesn't stick around for this ridiculous mess. Of course she loves Adam, but she has a baby to focus on -- and this situation is not going to make impending parenthood *less* stressful.
OMFG at Abby falling! She was really working my last nerve with her attitude toward Andrew, so I'm glad that he pointed out that she's wanted to pretend like they've been in a relationship all this time, when really he's just doing the responsible thing. I can totally see her using this fall to cling to him and keep him away from Albertinah somehow. What this girl needs is a friend who she actually accepts as a friend and nothing more. She is definitely not ready to be a parent, so if this baby survives, I'm glad she's giving it up for adoption (even if it IS to Lukas, ugh).
That was certainly a dramatic moment at Andy's apartment! I'm glad no one was gravely injured, and maybe this will be a wake-up call for Andy. I could also see him continuing to distance himself from Nicholas once he learns of Melissa's role in all this, which is exactly what she wanted. And I suspect the Reese lookalike will continue to be a factor... I hope Kim is there for Andy in the aftermath of this. He needs a support system. Speaking of Kim, I loved how she got Robbie over to her side as far as Natasha is concerned. I always take a sick pleasure in seeing people stick it to Nat, lol. I'm somewhat surprised by the thaw between her and Cory, though it's probably for the best. And while I do understand Daisy having a reaction to Tyler's confession, she's really out of line if she holds that against him. He thought she was dead, and he was honest with her.
I knew it was going to turn out to be Vinny who was alive! Since they're identical, a DNA test might not even conclusively be able to prove which triplet this is -- their DNA is, by definition, identical. So he should be safe here for a while. God only knows what his next crazy scheme is gonna be...
I hope you've been able to enjoy your break!

I always enjoy these episode "dumps" -- I can kind of pick through them at my own pace until I'm done. It's been nice having something to read to pass a few minutes here and there throughout the week. Yay! I'm glad you the multi releases ... I have a few more coming up in October and November! Of course she loves Adam, but she has a baby to focus on -- and this situation is not going to make impending parenthood *less* stressful. I really wanted Chris to take ownership of what happened because it felt very in character for him. And with him being away for 18 months, it opens the door for a possible Trey and Brad fling, since they've already been there. It could be an interesting dynamic as it moves forward. And yes, Robin and Helen are really making this situation worse than what it has to be and with Robin pregnant, this could create issues for the child. Part of me feels bad for Abby because she is so delusional in her love for Andrew that she thought that they being closer the last few months actually meant that he cared about her, which he never indicated. It is telling that, as soon as she came back to town, he rushed to Albertinah. The fall will create more drama for sure, but we will see how this plays out. That was certainly a dramatic moment at Andy's apartment! I'm glad no one was gravely injured, and maybe this will be a wake-up call for Andy. I could also see him continuing to distance himself from Nicholas once he learns of Melissa's role in all this, which is exactly what she wanted. I didn't want Andy to be seriously hurt because he was already "injured" by the gaslighting by falling off the wagon, ect. So we will see what happens next but he will have questions from Melissa, which will we will get too. Andy will need his sister and Nicholas to help him. The Tyler/Daisy/Natasha triangle is messy for so many reasons, one of Natasha being hypocritical with her relationship with him. ANd even Daisy to a degree because she slept with Brett while she was locked up. And yes, Vinny is alive, and we will see how this unfolds. He really has to pretend to be Brett now because of what he did before so, how long can this go on for? Thanks so much for reading! Dallas
