This episode had a lot of character interactions which I enjoyed !!!
Dawn once again telling off Barbara is still a thing of beauty. I didn't feel bad for Barbara at all and hopefully Dawn will get the help she needs and press charges on Jonah too.
Poor Trenyce! She thought she is going to get her Happily Ever After with Chris Michaels who can't commit for long. Now Andrew who by the way needs to become friends with Max. Anyway I think he is doing this to Chris because he is also a bit jealous that he and Trenyce our looking for their biological child too. But with him poisoning the both of them I got a feeling that Trenyce is going to misinterpret what is going to happen.
I always love it when Cassie & Natasha getting into it. I'm sure that Natasha is envious of her arch nemesis and one of the loves of her life getting closer. Meanwhile, it seems everyone else has forgiven her about plastic surgery, kidnapping, impersonating a woman, fraud, and countless other crimes and I'm glad Nat reminds her everytime of it all.
Good Episode

Fun week of episodes, Dallas!
You know what this one was reminding me of? Late 90s Days, or even Passions, in the way that it has be about one billion o'clock at night, and people are still running around and going to different places and having run-ins. Kinda fun and soapy. I cackled at Cassie taunting Natasha, which is probably evil of me, but oh well. That was one of the 'smaller' beats in Friday's episode that I really liked. Leah and Paige getting nachos and chatting felt very natural and normal (a change of pace for that family unit!), and that moment of Shane consoling Victoria over her past assault was unexpected but nice. Not sure if it's hinting at something to come, but regardless of that, it was one of those fallout moments that soaps always need and that deepen the experience.
I actually felt a *little* bad for Barbara, because I can tell she is genuinely remorseful. I still don't blame Dawn for kicking her out, but maybe there is hope of that family repairing itself down the line. Oh, and Adam has been living in the same building as Dawn?! That threw me off when I realized it this episode. Adam is being an idiot for deciding he can't be with Robin because he's impotent, which is typical Soap Man. I like that Robin is suspicious of Max, though. Keep digging!
Oh, and I wonder what crazy-ass Andrew's plan is... This should be something!

That threw me off when I realized it this episode. Adam is being an idiot for deciding he can't be with Robin because he's impotent, which is typical Soap Man. I like that Robin is suspicious of Max, though. Keep digging! While Barbara did set into motion Dawn going to the camp, she DOES mean well, so I wanted to create a notion that she is remorseful. She still wants what is best for her granddaughter. There are still some great scenes coming up with these two. And Bre, Jonah does make an appearance soon, so you may get your wish sooner rather than later! Poor Trenyce! She thought she is going to get her Happily Ever After with Chris Michaels who can't commit for long. Now Andrew who by the way needs to become friends with Max. But with him poisoning the both of them I got a feeling that Trenyce is going to misinterpret what is going to happen. Oh, and I wonder what crazy-ass Andrew's plan is... This should be something! This story is really fun because it is classic soap but you're right, Andrew is lashing out for unrealistic reasons but that is so fun. The plan is completely revealed next episode! Not sure if it's hinting at something to come, but regardless of that, it was one of those fallout moments that soaps always need and that deepen the experience. I love these long nights … I definitely am not being Mal Young with the "each episode is a new day" theory. For me, the Shane/Victoria thing makes sense as they used to be married years ago, they are both doctors and neither one have a ton of close friends … so it seems natural to connect them together like this. I'm glad you guys love the Natasha/Cassie stuff; to me those scenes are some of the most fun to write because there is so much history between them. I also love that Cassie can get under Natasha's skin like no one else. Natasha always tries to come across polished and put together, so the fact that Cassie can make her come undone is fun. Thanks for reading! See you tomorrow! D
