Hey, Dallas
Excited for Daily episodes which will magnify more characters within and out of their stories too.
A lot has occurred in this episode which were all great and closely related to one another as well.
Dawn/Helen/Adam/Shelley : I like Adam and Helen coming together to comfort Dawn in spite of it all it seems Adam and Robin still have some chemistry and it seems Robin picked up on it too. Shelley was doing the honorable thing, however it should be up to her girlfriend to tell her parents that she was raped. I'm wondering how is this going to affect their relationship down the road ? I hope we get to see Barbara crestfallen for sending her to that Bible Camp in the first place. Also I want to see Paige helping her friend and the story going forward with her pressing charges, a trial and perhaps a satisfying outcome that will take time.
The Boutique Fire : I think Kim might need a short-temp residence in a psychiatric facility because her setting fire to the boutique seems to be losing her mind slowly. Although, I did like she hightailed it out of the area before the firefighters came. I did like her having some guilt about when she find out they maybe possibly someone in there when she lit the building on fire. It's obvious that she is in need of help both professionally and some guidance over dealing with losing Blake. Hopefully, someone will rescue Felicia before she becomes a casualty.
Great Episode

Hey, Dallas Excited for Daily episodes which will magnify more characters within and out of their stories too. A lot has occurred in this episode which were all great and closely related to one another as well. Yes, there is a lot that happens this week during the dailies ... sometimes I have an over all theme or party going on during the dailies but this week it's a little of everything! [./quote] The Shelley/Dawn connection is played out this week and how Dawn handles the fact that Shelley told her parents. The truth is, Adam & Helen needed to know the truth. The timing of all of this is awful considering Adam's accident. However, we do find out more about Adam's accident during the week. All of this wasn't exactly for nothing, so to speak. Barbara also learns the truth this week and we will see how she handles it. Great Episode Bre Kim is definitely not acting in the right frame of mind which I think is pretty normal considering what she has went through. Of course she does have guilt pains because she's not stone cold, but she does feel justified in torching the boutique. This event really creates a lot of story for Kim, Bob, Felicia and Dominick for the rest of the year and well into 2019. I love when events create really big umbrella story lines. Thanks so much for reading! Enjoy the dailies! Dallas

Oooh, dailies! That's an exciting treat. I really like these soap nights that go on for a long time, as people all wind up in the same places and have to trade info on everything that's gone down in a short period of time. It really amplifies the sense of tension. Kim has definitely lost it, and it's clear she is acting emotionally rather than logically. (Like, Dominick probably has insurance... and this just means he'll need to order MORE facial cream...) But I can tell this will create a lot of story going forward. You've really dug deep to find some fresh twists and turns for the Robertson/Calimo feud. Helen gets my vote for crappiest parent! First she goes in to see Adam -- knowing that his prognosis is good -- instead of rushing to her just-raped daughter, and then she tells Dawn to shut up while they're walking to Adam's room. Then again, this is a woman stupid enough to send her daughter to a gay conversion camp simply because she didn't want to upset her crone of a mother, so... Like Bre, I'm very interested to see Barbara's reaction to the news of the rape. You know she'll be clutching that cross and tossing blame everywhere else. The bond between Adam and Helen is still so natural and evident, though. And while I get why Shelley would tell Helen, I think there would've been a smarter way for her to play that, so I can't blame Dawn for being pissed. I continue to enjoy Victoria not giving Robbie the time of day. Move on, sis! Excited to see what the dailies have in store for us!

(Like, Dominick probably has insurance... and this just means he'll need to order MORE facial cream...) But I can tell this will create a lot of story going forward. You've really dug deep to find some fresh twists and turns for the Robertson/Calimo feud. Like I mentioned to Bre, these dailies don't really have a "theme", there's a lot of different storylines that are featured, which is a neat switch from the usual way of doing the dailies. I'm glad you liked the twists with the feud! I really wanted the aftermath of the ice storm to create a lot of different storylines and this twisted sense of needing revenge was one of them. It seemed to make sense from Kim and Tyler's perspectives that they would lose their shit when they learned Dominick was going to order more facial cream. Like the ice storm, this fire will now drive storyline for many, many months. Helen gets my vote for crappiest parent! First she goes in to see Adam -- knowing that his prognosis is good -- instead of rushing to her just-raped daughter, and then she tells Dawn to shut up while they're walking to Adam's room. The Black family is really going through it right now, which as a writer is kind of fun to see how they will come out of it. Barbara does learn this week and I enjoy Dawn's reaction to it as well. There are a lot of emotional beats to play. This new bold Victoria is leading up to something bigger ... it just sort of takes its time to get there. Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoy the rest of the week, Dallas
